Luxury 2BR Yas Island Waterfront Apartment

Horrible experience - I do not recommend Positive: Only the location. Negative: The building management did not know we were xoming, and room was not ready. We arrived one hour after check-in, however room was still being cleaned. The room looked dirty, full of stains everywhere. In curtains, carpets, drawers. On top of that, the property is advertised with access to the pool and gym, however they did not provide the access card. When we informed, they did not provide a proper solution. There is a contact person in case of any problems, however the person did not help at all. Made excuses and said “it’s not our fault”. Not what I would have expected. I definetely do not recommend this property to anyone.
