Lovely stay in Abu Dhabi Positive: I loved the location of the apartment, the staff were very helpful and responsive, we had a little problem with the cleanliness of the apartment once we checked in but that was resolved really quickly with a complementary late check out which we really appreciated, the key was a little confusing at first but we figured it out , the playground downstairs was a life saver with my little son. Beds are also comfortable. Negative: Nothing

Absolutely amazing ! Positive: Everything, they don’t know it but they actually saved our holiday, after arriving in Abu Dhabi to find our original hotel (premier inn) had been cancelled whilst on the flight these people actually were our saviours. The apartment was amazing and very clean we couldn’t have asked for more, the service we received with in minutes of booking were exceptional they really couldn’t have done any more to make our stay just perfect. Would I book again? Most definitely Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, a large clean family apartment close to all family amenities with exceptional customer service what more could you ask for? Perfect !
