The east-facing balcony avoids the afternoon sun, which makes it very comfortable. The underground parking has direct access to the building lift, making it easy to carry luggage. The kitchen is well equipped, and the furniture is very comfortable. The mattresses are of good quality, and the sheets and pillows are very clean and feel pleasant. Negative: The mattress could be improved for greater comfort. Additionally, the blackout in the main room could be enhanced, as my wife is very sensitive to sunlight.
