Luxury 4BR, Yas Island by Ferrari World & Yas Mall

كانت اقامة رائعه لكن شطاف المياه خرب وصار تسريب للشقه ولم يتم اصلاحه وتردد العمال للشقه كثيرا مما ادى الى ازعاجنا Positive: الامان ،النظافة ،الهدوء Negative: لاشي

Positive: The apartment furniture is good and the location Negative: We checked in at 5,30 then at 6 we found that 2 bathrooms water is leaking and shattaf was broken, tv facilities was not working batteries empty then the door smart lock for the apartment was broken and we had to leave the door unlocked when we left the apartment I complained at 6,18 and until 8 im waiting for the maintenance so i started my day from 8 untill the very early chek out 11 From 4 to 11 is such weird as most of the hotels is grom 3 to 12!

We enjoyed the our stayed hopefully when we come you let us check out atleast 1:00PM as we check in late. Positive: Clean and neat. Negative: The ambience and the place.

Positive: مكان الاقامه ممتاز ومتوفر جميع متطلبات سكن العايله ونظيف وجميل ومريح

Negative: The check out timing very early
