Luxury 4BR, Yas Island by Ferrari World & Yas Mall

Good Positive: Very nice compound. Spacious for a big family, and quiet too, close to all theme parks in yas island as well as AUH airport. Management very responsive over whatsapp for e.g we had an issue with the key lock and the resolved it the next day Negative: Check out time is a bit inconvenient (very early 11:00am) especially if you have a night /evening flight. They also charge extra for an hour of late check out (12:00pm) Cleanliness can be done a bit better (floor mainly). The vacuum cleaner inside missed some pieces to be used across the house. We stayed for a week but didn’t have the accessories to clean the house ourselves.

Fantastic comfortable property, ignore the negative reviews. Positive: Lovely clean bright and spacious. We stay in the UAE a few times each year and this is a great property. Great gym and pool too. Convenient mini supermarket, coffee shop etc. The property management were also super helpful and reactive. Negative: No complaints
