Luxury 2BR, Yas Island by Ferrari World & Yas Mall

Positive: Excellent in every respect Negative: Everything considered very good

Positive: Pool area was lovely and we had privacy. Negative: The ladies that processe the bookings are extremely rude and unhelpful. A fire alarm went off early hours of the 1st morning we were there with no explanation or direction what we should do. I called and sent messages to the number that they ha provided and no response. The washrooms had a bad smell and the apartment was moudly. When I called to report this the lady says I stayed for 2 days and now extending my stay, so why didn't I complain about this the 1st day. I initially put up with it due to me being there only for 2 days... When I extendee my stay to more than a week I knew it was an unhealthy place for my small kids therefore requested help.

Good location, no wifi, mould in apartment. Hard mattress. Very disappointing. Positive: Good location Negative: Huge issues with WiFi and lack of contact with host representatives to rectify the issue despite us mentioning it continuously. Also mould was advised with photos which was a health concern due my daughters asthma however no-one came during our 4 day stay. Bad damp smell in bathroom. Lastly rock hard guest bed mattress. Very disappointing!
