Better to make the check in easier with provide full details and parking Positive: Great location and good space Negative: Difficult to reach the place and no parking available until u check in.

I Had the worse experience in my life with people and palce Positive: Nothings there is nothing to you be like they are lies to you about everything not the same as pictures they are putted on Booking.com Negative: WiFi. TV not working my checking was not on time there is not staff to check in if need help no one will reply the number or answering you it’s the Booking app chatting which not help you can’t sent pictures on there and the asking you to sent them pictures or videos. The people you booking with they are not in apartment when come check me in texting them come after 2 hours and telling me it’s was traffic my kids was was crying I keep telling them if you not coming I will call the police then she turn up after 10 mints!!!!!!

Positive: Excellent stay at Burj Crown. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Great location, close to Dubai Mall and the metro. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again
