Boulevard Luxe | Burj Crown | Walk to Dubai Mall

Positive: Brilliant location. You have everything in the center by few minutes walk. Negative: We have booked for 4 people and it was prepared only for two. I had to do the bedding myself and even plates were ready for 3 people only. The guy who took us to the apartment was not much helpful, he was certainly in rush and lied to us as the receptionist told us at 1pm that the cleaners already gone and when he walked in past 3pm, he said they are still hoovering. We were up with small kids for 32 hours and even the kids couldn't sleep in the reception so by the time we got into the apartment we were all extremely tired. The worst was when we were leaving and we couldn't even leave our luggage in the reception and had to drug it with us to Dubai Mall and pay for the storage! Fair play to the lady at the reception as she has seen how very angry I was when she tossed us out with suitcases and when we returned for out taxi pick up in front of the building, she came out to apologise.... also the cleaners were sitting in front of our apartment on our departure day an hour before we had to leave the apartment what made it quite uncomfortable for us and as we left the apartment in clean conditions, they certainly didn't have much to do till 3pm for the next arrival! All in all, for the location we would go to the same location, but perhaps try somewhere else as now the view is a building site opposite the apartment (tho not for long as they were building that residence house very fast)

Best family staycation Positive: Stay with family especially kids with a calm environment and kitchennet. Negative: The receptionist at the entrance did not bother to help until the representative arrived.
