Positive: الموقع ممتاز Negative: مساحة الشقة كنت اتوقع الصاله اكبر بعض الاجهزة لا تعكل بشكل جيد جهاز التلفزيون - المكنسه الكهربائية لا تعمل بشكل جيد ( لا يوجد تنظيف للشقه ) الخروج الساعة 11:00 صباحا واذا اردت التاخير ساعه او ساعتين ادفع 99-145 درهم اعمال اشغال لتشييد الابراج المقابلة

Positive: The apartment itself was very nice – clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We were really happy with the interior. Negative: However, the view from the balcony was a big disappointment. Instead of the open view shown in the photos, it was completely blocked by two massive 40-story buildings under construction. The constant construction noise also made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. When I asked the host about it, they said they “weren’t aware of the construction.” Really? I booked the property just a few days before arrival — no way two 40-story buildings went up in that time, lol. It honestly felt like we were tricked. Check-in was also a bit complicated: we had to park somewhere else first, go up to get the keys, and then come back to park 5 floors below the building. On top of that, the check-in time was quite late (4 PM) and check-out very early (11 AM), which left us with less time to actually enjoy the apartment. To make things even less comfortable, they warned us not to lose the keys because it would cost 1000 dirham to replace — which is completely unreasonable. Overall, the apartment itself was great, but the view, noise, check-in process, and unreasonable rules really spoiled the experience. Sorry, I am always trying to give good and fair reviews 🙏

Positive: Posizione perfetta. A piedi si puo' raggiungere il Dubai Mall. La piscina condominiale è fantastica! Negative: direi và bene cosi', tutto è migliorabile ma è un bell'appartamento

Positive: المكان ليس فندق انه شقه خاصه ويتم تاجرها ولايوجد بها خدمات نهائيا والتكييف حار وتم إبلاغ الجهه ولم يتم تصليحه
