Positive: Fantastic Location – Just a short 10-minute walk to the iconic Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. A supermarket and charming cafes for your morning tea or coffee are only 5 minutes away. The reception is always staffed with friendly and courteous team members, ready to assist at any time.

All good except check out staff and no view Positive: Location is good Dubai mall nearby Negative: Burj khalifa view no longer available as another building construction front of the property so not sure why they still advertise the property burj khalifa view Have to pay for cleaning services and on upon check I asked the person to help me with my luggage and he refused to do so

Positive: Apartment was good with good location Negative: It was nonsmoking and first night all night false fire alarms were ringing. Secondly they don't accommodate early check in and late check out and they don't allow u to leave luggage at the reception. As my next flight was late in the evening so 4 few hours,I have to book another hotel, if they had facilitated me with my luggage as there was ample space, I could have easily spend tht time in dubai mall and I don't have to book another hotel. Secondly 3pm check in is too late and 11am check out is too early, kindly try to accommodate clients.

Positive: Great location, just a 10-minute walk from Dubai Mall. The balcony offers a partial view of the fountains (unfortunately, they were under renovation when I was there) Negative: Construction across the street was operating 24/7, with no regard for nighttime quiet hours.
